Dr. Ugochukwu Emmanuel Ifediora
Founder & Group Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ugochukwu Emmanuel Ifediora is an entrepreneur, engineer and business strategist with more than 15 years of experience across energy technology, smart infrastructure, renewable energy and enterprise development. He holds a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, an MBA and a Doctor of Business Administration. A COREN-registered engineer and Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation alumnus, he provides the strategic leadership driving the Group's metering, mini-grid and energy-advisory businesses.
Uchechukwu Ofoneme
Company Secretary & Legal Adviser
Uchechukwu Ofoneme is a legal practitioner specialising in corporate governance, commercial law, regulatory compliance, contract management and corporate advisory. She holds an LL.B., a Barrister-at-Law qualification and an LL.M. She supports board and statutory processes, protects the Group's legal interests and helps ensure that operations remain compliant, transparent and responsibly governed.
Mohammed Umoru
Production & Operations Manager
Mohammed Umoru is an engineering and operations professional with more than two decades of experience in electricity metering, manufacturing, project management and power infrastructure. He holds an HND in Electrical Power and Machines and has specialised training in metering, production systems and energy management. He oversees production planning, operational efficiency, quality assurance and continuous process improvement.
Dr. Ifeoma Ethel Ikwukeme
Business Development Manager
Dr. Ifeoma Ethel Ikwukeme is a business development professional with multidisciplinary experience in stakeholder engagement, corporate communication, business administration and strategic relationship management. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, a postgraduate diploma in Information Technology, an MBA and a doctorate in Management. She leads market development, client engagement and partnership-building initiatives across the Group.
Ifeanyi A. Epunam
Finance & Administration Manager
Ifeanyi A. Epunam is a finance and administration professional with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance and corporate administration. He supports sound financial stewardship, internal controls, efficient resource allocation and the administrative systems required for sustainable growth.

Engr. George Ogoegbunam Chiatula
Chairman, Technical Advisory Board
Engr. George Ogoegbunam Chiatula is a respected power-sector executive and engineering leader with more than four decades of experience in electricity distribution, utility management, engineering operations and infrastructure development. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MBA, and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a COREN-registered engineer. A former chief executive of the Benin, Jos and Port Harcourt electricity distribution companies and former member of the Presidential Task Force on Power, he provides strategic technical leadership to the Group.
Elochukwu Christian Ifediora

Elochukwu Christian Ifediora is an embedded-systems engineer, technology innovator and product-development specialist with expertise in smart metering, IoT systems, electronics engineering and intelligent energy solutions. He holds a First Class bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and a master's degree in Embedded Systems Engineering from the University of Freiburg, Germany. He provides guidance on product engineering, research, digital systems and technology innovation.
Dr. Uchenna Hermes Diala
Member, Technical Advisory Board
Dr. Uchenna Hermes Diala is an accomplished academic, researcher and engineering professional with expertise in automatic control, embedded systems, automation, intelligent technologies and advanced manufacturing. He holds a PhD in Automatic Control and Systems Engineering from the University of Sheffield, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in Engineering. He advises the Group on research, technology validation, engineering standards and strategic technical collaboration.
